If you are not happy with your piece for any reason, your money will be refunded, less shipping fees and a 7% restocking fee, within 30 days. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Returned items must be unused and returned in proper non-crushable packaging.

Repairs:
Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change due to gold market fluctuation, and the size of stones. However, the price we quote when you place your order, will not change.
Returns:
Please package the item(s) securely and include the packing slip received with the product indicating the reason for the return. This will ensure a prompt and accurate refund. We will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D.
