Jewelry that is in stock may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for full refund. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges within 5 business days once we receive the return shipment. Items returned after you receive 30 days will be issued store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by POD.
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders that are shipped within the United States and to APO boxes. If you wish to expedite your order please specify your requirements in the comment box and we will let you know the shipping premium. If you agree to them, we will charge your card.
Where do we ship?
Pam Older Designs currently ships to the United States, All US Territories, Canada and APO boxes. Products that ship from US to International addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees, which will need to be paid directly to the shipping carrier delivering the package. If you would like to ship an item to another location that is not listed, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
What shipping carrier do we use?
Normally we ship USPS for most orders. All orders are fully insured and include delivery confirmation.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Every effort is made to process and ship your handmade custom order within 5 business days. If an out-of-stock situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible to offer alternative solutions or refund the transaction.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
