Jewelry that is in stock may be returned for a full refund within 10 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for a full refund. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges within 5 business days once we receive the return shipment. Items returned after 14 days of ship date will be issued store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to sending.

1. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 914-450-6251 to obtain a return authorization number for your order. There may be charges associated with certain repairs.
2. When returning an item please carefully wrap in bubble pack and then in a box to prevent breakage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for its value and purchase delivery confirmation. Save your tracking number.
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders that are shipped within the United States. If you wish to expedite your order please specify your requirements in the comment box and we will let you know the shipping premium. If you agree to them, we will charge your card.
Where do we ship?
Products that ship from USA to International addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees, which will need to be paid in advance. If you would like to ship an item to a non-USA location, please contact us directly at email@example.com to discuss the best method of shipping and cost. We regret that we cannot ship free outside the continental U.S.
What shipping carrier do we use?
We ship USPS for most USA orders. All orders are tracked, high value items are insured.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Every effort is made to process and ship your handmade custom order within 5 business days. If an out-of-stock situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible to offer alternative solutions or refund the transaction. Since all our items are custom made it may take up to 14 days to produce. Feel free to contact us if you have a rush order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days for shipments within the continental US. The post office is always consistant, and West coast orders can take a few more days.
