RETURNS: All jewelry (other than custom designs) may be returned for a full refund within 10 days after you receive the item. New items in original packaging will be accepted for a full refund. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges within 5 business days once we receive the return shipment. Items returned after 14 days of ship date will be issued store credit, less shipping charges if returned in good order. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to sending.

2. When returning an item carefully wrap it in bubble pack and a box to prevent breakage. Costs for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure the package for its value and purchase delivery confirmation. Save your tracking number.

SHIPPING: Standard shipping is FREE on most orders shipped within the United States. There may be shipping fees for high value items that need to be insured.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you wish to expedite your order to guarantee overnite deliver, please specify your requirements in the comment box or call 914-450-6251.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International addresses are subject to extra shipping/duty/custom fees that must be paid in advance. If you would like to ship an item to a non-USA location, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the best method of shipping and cost. We regret that we cannot ship free outside the continental U.S.
We ship USPS with tracking. High value items are insured and carry higher shipping fees.
Every effort is made to process your handmade custom order within 1-5 business days. If an out-of-stock situation arises, we will advise you on alternatives. Contact us if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days on the East coast. We ship USPS and the post office is not consistant. West Coast orders usually take a few days longer to arrive.
